Douceur Expands Her Business

| |

Come get a wonderful taste of Douceur coki, a special Cameroonian pudding dish made of beans, palm oil, salt and optionally species under GivHOPE financing. As she strives to expand her fast food business, she wanted some financial assistance.  After submitting her application to the selecting committee, her dossier met the criteria and was approved for income generating activities. Our first follow-up visit to her place coincided with the hours her customers, mainly young jurists trainees and motorbike riders come to eat. This dish can be eaten with boiled sweet potatoes, ripe plantains, coco yams or yams. Cameroonians like it!

For this year alone, more than 40 underprivileged youths, boys and girls alike, including some few vulnerable parents have become self-employed thanks to GivHOPE financial aid within the framework of its income generating component.
