GivHOPE Update on IDPs at HaRO
Godwill, Zephaniah and Bernadette are three internally displaced persons from Batibo and Nini villages, North West Region of Cameroon. They escaped from the Anglophone Crisis after several months in the bushes and ended up in Yaoundé where HaRO (Hope and Rehabilitation Organization) took them within its rehabilitation framework.
GivHOPE visited these displaced and vulnerable people on September 3rd and touched by their stories and sufferings, we came back two days ago to settle them. Godwill found a job as a security night guard and Bernadette was settled on income generating activities to sell tomatoes, onions, garlic, salt, and ginger. As for Zephaniah, he underwent a pre-employment training as a Design Technician.
This is GivHOPE way of giving this people hope again. Please help us help them by visiting our website at www.givhopeafrica.org and hit “Donate now” button.
